If there was an issue with a order please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-726-3336, Ext. 5 during normal (M-F, 9am-5pm) business hours as soon as you notice the issue.
If calling about a photos from your “Photo Day” experience:
Please speak slowly and clearly and leave us
a) Your name and phone number
b) Your athletes name
c) Subject ID. This is a 7 digit number that starts with a “1”, and is unique to your order
d) Message stating SPECIFICALLY what the issue is.
If you are looking for photos from a game/event:
1) Please allow up to 48 hours for the images to be posted to the Contrast Photography Photo Store
2) If your event was at night (or it was dark), we probably did not cover that game. We have high standards for our photography and shooting in extremely low light (i.e. most youth and high school football fields) is not conducive to creating exceptional images.
3) While we to capture photos of everyone that participates, we admit that it’s just not possible to accomplish that goal 100% of the time. We do our best and we apologize if we missed your athlete (even if he scored the TD to end the first half). Trust us when we tell you we wish we had been in the right spot at the right time too!
