Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Does it cost anything to register to view photos from an account?
No. Registration is always FREE.

Where are the pictures from my athletes game (action photos)?
All the images we created at the event are located in our Photo Store.

Where are the pictures from [INSERT EVENT] that you shot prior to December 13, 2009?
Those images have been removed from our system. Remember, we have to pay for storage space and we know that many people never make the time to order. Going forward, you will have 21 days to place your order. After 21 days we will require a $35 minimum order (100% applied towards your purchase) to repost an event.

I just want to view the pictures...not order them. How can I see them?
You can view the pictures for up to 21 days after the event. After that, you will need to purchase a $35 Gift Certificate to view the images. The $35 is applied towards any purchase you make.

Why didn't you get any pictures of my athlete? Especially since she/he was the best player!
While we do our best to photograph as many athlete's as possible, it's just not always possible. In most cases we're not at the game just to photograph the good players. Many parents HIRE us and obtain great PROFESSIONAL photos of your athlete in action. Call us at 888-726-3336, Ext. 5 to make the necessary arrangements.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

Where are the pictures from my athlete's Photo Day/Team & Individual shoot?
In most cases those photos are returned to you in 4 weeks and the distribution is handled by your Organization (Coach, Team Mom, President, Board of Directors, etc). Please check with your organization prior contacting us. If you need to make a payment because your check was returned for NSF/Account Closed you should call our 3rd Party Provider (Paytek Solutions) at 866-399-4101.

How does Contrast Photography use my personal information?
